lowering with leaf springs question
I have a 71 GMC with coil springs on the front and leaf springs on the rear. I was wondering what the best way to lower the rear was? I have heard or people removing every other leaf and others who have moved the leafs under the axle instead of above it. I am sure there are other ways to do it as well. What is the best and or easiest way?

Probably depends on how much you want to drop it. I used 2" lowering shackles and will likely have the springs de-arched another couple of inches once I get the truck all together and give it some time to settle.
