Angry dont you hate it when.....

someone borrows your truck (something that very veiw can do) you cant go because you are super busy, cant get away, be days before you get a free moment. then you get the call, truck wont start dont know whats wrong.

you have NO time to try to walk the dumb ass through basic trouble shooting. or its the girlfriend who is clueless. so, now your truck is setting in some parking lot. you can do a dam thing, not sure when you can get to it.

grrrr so dam frustrating..... NO one can borrow my truck ever again.. thats it!

Yeah, that bites. Say I’ve got a couple of hundred tons of rock I need to haul off. Can I borrow your truck? That is if it’s got a full tank of gas..

From now on when someone asks to borrow my truck I'll forward the link to this page so I won't have to explain why I'm saying NO.

"Borrowing" got to be a problem with my tools and equipment on the job."Hey,you using this? Can I borrow that? Can I plug into your generator? You got chaulk?"I got an idea and printed up this five page borrowing/rental agreement that no one would want to read.It helped alot, they got the point and a laugh!

That's too funny! Now I want a F@rd just so I can loan it out the next time someone asks to borrow one of my cool trucks.

Special-K. Luv the rental agreement idea. Do you happen to have a link?

I kick myself all the time for changing my truck from a 3 speed to an automatic. People are always asking to borrow my truck and I have to make up reasons to say no. that is the reason the battery is out of my truck now so when people ask to use it I can honestly say it isnt running. I put my it in my backyard out of sight from the public.

Wife used my truck, just to drive down the road 1 day, she stalled it 3 times out of the parking lot...... the break was on. I love her with all my heart, and she can drive a manual as well if not better then I can, but I will give you 1 guess what her hair color is.

No one, except the one that let me buy my truck, borrows my truck without me in it.

All the more reason to keep mine primered and rusty, no A/C, no P/B, 3 spd stick. Not too many people would actually want to drive an "old clunker"

Only person that even asks is my friend, and I don't throw that term around. He knows where the extra key is, that's how much I trust him. Of course, I've got unlimited access to his '72 Jimmy as well.

One friend like that is hard to find. When I get off work and my truck is gone, I go looking for what my friend left me to get home in. (he has keys to my trucks and I have keys to his shop, vette, Harley, ect) Nice to know your truck will come home clean and running isn't it?

I have a sticker on my helmet that reads, "Dont ask to ride my bike and I won't ask to F@#$& your wife." I think the same goes for my truck.

I use to let my family borrow my truck, but when my brother got into an accident with it. And nobody afford a helping hand or $ to repair it, I no longer let anybody touch it.

I will let anyone use my truck. all you have to do is re-mount the cab, box, & front clip. but before the work started I only let 1 person use it. (stupid MIL blew the brake hoses)
