Viar 550 compressor and pressure switch

I dont really wanna mess with the engine compressors so i was looking at the Viair 550 compressor and was wondering if any of you have used there products and what did you think. What size pressure switch do i need to use? and i will have a 12 gallon tank.

I personally bought a 550 but never ran it. Sold it to a board member. i have heard a few reviews since that people didnt care for the reliability. Personally IMO if you have the room run the engine driven and be done. Much faster fill time and less noise and maintanence.
