88 cc dually 454tbi wont die!

my truck wont die even when i turn it off and take the key out. it will keep running untill i take the emc fuse out, choke the throttle body, or flip the tank switch to the tank that is gone now. i just got done eliminating the electric tank switching valve that was stuck in the middle position. and i also eliminated the passenger saddle tank. and i cant find out why this damn truck still runs. anyone had this problem? i am so frustrated with it. i paid a little more for this truck so that it would run great. so i dont have to worry about getting it running, i can concentrate on getting shaved and in the weeds!! also how do i get some accurate wiring schematics on an 88 square body cc dually?

Don't know for sure what the run-on problem is. Could be in the ignition switch/starter circuit. As for the wiring schematic, check into a set of GM service manuals. Helm was the publisher for these.
