I'm likin' the rear seat's in your 70'... Are they later burb seats(73+)? Do they fold flush with the floor or how close to being flush? Nice trick with the headliner too. Noticed the tilt & tach, is that a factory tach or Camaro tach?

The rear seat is a 73+ fold down burb seat. Yes it does fold flat with the rear floor. It actually looks and works very good. Im not sure what year it came from. The upper seat stop/latch brackets do not look anything like my 86 so I am guessing mid to late 70's. The seat back is also hard plastic, while my 86 is carpet. I am going to pull the third seat from the 86 and grab the floor brackets to install in the 70. The front buckets in the 70 suck. They are some kind of after market, conversion van looking things. I hate them. I need something different but I'm not sure I wan't to use stock buckets. Are they comfortable?
The tilt and tach are factory truck although I am not sure if they were factory to this burb. The build sheets and glove box sticker are long gone. I also have a factory tilt in the 72 burb (no tach).

Check out the 'New Guy' thread on the 67-72 Suburban board. I have posted pics of the rear seat setup there.

You will get a lot of good information here. Really nice Burb you have there and the '72 is not "ugly". I like it. Welcome from Kentucky. A lot of nice guys "and" girls here.
