Kick down bracket and setup???

I have a 350 turbo tranny and the linkage is there for a kick down, but I'm not sure what I need to hook it up. I have a 1406 carb, just wondering how this worked. Thanks

There's a small bracket that bolts to your intake that holds the cable. You hook the other end to the bottom of your carb linkage. If it's too short just make a small extension with a piece of thin flat metal.
