Door has only surface rust. No speaker hole. The interior panel is black and will be sold separately. Haven't seen a thread on one of these in a while. Will not ship, but do have plans for trips to Kansas and Texas, so could deliver.

Door w/o panel: $90.00
Door w/panel: $100.00
Panel: $20.00

I think I can still get it, if it hasn't been crushed. I originally didn't remove it because the lower bottom corner, towards the front on the inside, had a rust through spot. But the rest of the door was okay.

This pic for Mike Files. Drivers didn't have panel. CORRECTION, I did find the driver's panel, but it did not have the arm rest. And the arm rest on the passenger side does have some damage on the inside, which you may be able to see by the picture.
