drag link

I am upgrading from front drum brakes to disc. I have 71/72 spindles, the calipers, and rotors. I am going to buy new tie rod ends both inner and outer and new adjusting sleeves along with pitman arm and idler Arm. This is a power steering set up so the pitman is the same for all years. My question is do I need to get a 71/72 drag link and change all components to 71/72 components or is there some kind of combination of 67-70 and 71/72 tie rods that will make all of this mount up? I do not know if the drag link went through any changes in 71.

Faqs

Click on the FAQS in the forum lists and scroll down to the suspension section in Krues list. He went to a lot of work setting it up so we could have a reference for many topics. here is one thread on the question you asked.
