Kenwood Radio

Anyone installed the shaft-mount Kenwood KRC 1007 or 2007 in 67-72 dash?

Will the shafts fit with no cutting?

We put a Kenwood shaft mounted radio in my son's 71, but I don't know the number. The shafts were snug but no cutting was required. (The shaft positions are not adjustable on the radio that we installed).

If you are talking about the retro looking one with the bow tie emblem ,it falls right in no cutting no problems.
