shocks?
i recently lowered my truck 3" and need new shocks
i do not know much about how to order shocks for a lowered suspension, so if anyone has lowered their trucks and know what i should get a little help could go a long way is there a site that will tell me what length i need to get or do i need to measure and order shocks accordingly thanks again, love the site...still new and havent figured out how to search it correctly just yet, but i am learning |

I got mine with the lowered kit for Earlyclassic.com
if you call them and tell them what you got, they will set you up with the correct springs. did you lower front and back 3" or just the back? If you let us know someone here can hook you up. |

Measure the length from mounting stud to the lower mounting point. You need a shock that when it is that lenght is half way compressed. The Idea is you have the same amount of room for compression as rebound.
