Question! Can't Find Answer
I have a 1969 C-20 Fleetside Long Bed. When I haul my 1969 Slide in camper I have to remove the tailgate. Is their any way to replace or remodel tailgate hinges so they don't have to be unbolted to remove the gate? Thanks, Ray

What you can do is to cut a notch out of one of the the hinge cups at the bottom of your tailgate to allow the hinge to slip past when the gate is opened about 1/2 way. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

These pics should help. Thes is the trunion and the gate itself. They were modified using an 84 as a pattern. If you need better shots let me know and I can get more...
