They probably didn't vibrate loose. More than likely what happened is the new gasket shrunk. I have had this happen before on oil pan and valve cover gaskets. Usually it's best to snug the bolts again after a few warm up cycles on the motor. Just don't get crazy and pinch the gasket.

I agree with the rest of the crew, it looks like you have brake fuild coming out from somewhere. Look at the top pic where the rubber line meets the metal end.....
