spark plug wire question
Ok...im getting POed... ive been having a dickens of a time getting the new motor timed...I pulled a few plug wires off while running.. one didnt seam to make much of a difference, so i pulled the plug..it look good..ohmed the wire and got nada..then i screwed with it a bit and got 12kohms..whats the correct reading supposed to be? and would bad wires cause my timing delima?

sounds like a wire or 2 are burned.....i'd replace the whole set as the next step.
