thanks, i"ve found one locally for about the same price. if anyone has made this upgrade is it worth the expense, and there not the most visual pleasing thing in the engine compartment. is the practicality of it worth it?

I saw a kit that used a stainless booster, master cylinder and proportioning valve and did it look sharp. I'm thinking about seeing if I could get a paint to simulate it or mabey even get mine chromed.

It is worth every penny. Once you get the thing on there, you will wonder how you ever lived without it. I locked all 4 of my wheels up the first time I tested it (I pressed as hard as usual!?!) You can practically use your big toe to mash the pedal & stop.

I paid $30 on Ebay a while back for the booster, MC, and proportioning valve. I still have to finish my disc brake conversion so I cannot comment on the effectiveness!
