Alternator Wiring

I read the FAQ on how to change over to from external reg. to internal reg. I am wondering, can this be worked out for use with a one wire alternator, and if so, how is it wired?

Thanks In Advance

Do a GOOGLE search. From what I've read all you do is hook up the wire to the battery on the big lug on the 1 wire alt. I've read that you don't even need to hook up the 12V ign wire??
