Just got a used dash bezel from Bill. He was very understanding with my payment (I went on vacation before I could get it out). He held the the part for me, waited until I got back and promptly shipped out the console when he got the MO.
The part had a minor crack from shipping, the box was well packed, and I know the shipping guys are at fault because the guys here in town bring me broken stuff all the time. Even though the crack wasn't Bill's fault and the price was already a steal, he STILL offered to set things straight and replace the cracked portion of the bezel. That is FIRST CLASS!  Thanks Bill, good doing business with you. I'd recommend doing business with Bill in the future to anyone here.
