Need pulleys bad! Help!
I'm copying this from the 60-66 board but surely someone can help. I am needing a water pump pulley for 283 or 327 V8 with a/c. It is a 2 groove pulley with a space between them. The first 2 pics are for a 283. It is actually 2 pulleys that bolt together. A shallow pulley mounts on top of the generic single groove pulley that is on almost every non-a/c V8 from the 60's and early 70's. I need the shallow one. The third picture is of a 327 pulley. It is a single piece cast iron 3 groove pulley. I really need this one but would buy the 283 style if anyone has it. Thanks for any help!

Huggercst has the top pully for sure. What I have will be tin. I will send pics when I get home. I am not claiming to be an expert but that upper cast pully would be identicle to a 1968 327 Chevrolet pickup w/ac wo/ps. The bottom p/s belt looks like it is in the fourh position maybe for a power assit. Wynne definitley has the top, I sent the bottom double to another board member off the 1968 which had the first and 2nd position from the harmonic balancer for alt and a/c. Are you using the pre 1969 a/c set-up. It seems before 1969 on the p/u the ac and power assit were out an extra space due to the positioning of the a/c compressor ;hence, the extra space on the water pump pully. I am sure you have all this figured out, I am personally trying to find out the difference between a 68 and 69 lower triple pully. I will do what I can to help.

It looks like you have it covered, now, but here is another one for you to look at. It is a 3-pulley short wp off one of our trucks.

Thanks for all the help guys. I'm still holding out to see if anyone has the cast water pump pulley in pic 3. I am collecting parts for a future 1966 Custom Cab project. I'm pretty sure that pulley is the correct one for 327 with a/c. I drove 60 miles to take pictures of an original loaded 66 (pic. #3). I'm thinking that this same pulley may have carried over into 67 or 68.
