I have been looking for some real bright headlights, where can I find some?

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking more like xenon? Or something like that.

These are the Zoops style tri-bar lights. They use a late-style bulb that mounts in from the rear. I have the APC xenon gas bulbs. I get brightlighed alot with the lights on dim. They flip 'em back off in a hurry when I kick mine on bright.

That is exactly what I am looking for, where did you get yours?
anything special about fitting it to a 70 Chev c/10?

I bought them used off a friend when he sold his 67 Nova. He bought them from a local hot rod shop in Knoxville. Unfortunately, I don't think they make them with the smooth rear reflector like mine, only the diamond cut. I think Summit carrys them too.

The bulbs were bought at Advance Auto Parts.

I'll see if I can locate some for ya and let you know.

Go 2 the FAQ's page, use the E-BAY SEARCH STRING, lots of options,
but you will have to scroll down through about 1000 67-72 parts

If you do this, hook them up with relays so you don't fry your harnesses and switches...and if you get high beams flicked at you, then aim your lights properly.
