Has anyone ever put a billit dash kit on a 67 - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have a 67 but the billit dash kits are for 69-72. Sence my truck has the lights and the wippers on the left side and the choke on the right side. I would like to know what to do, I don't need the choke so I can get rid of it. thanks

Who are you buying the pieces from? Are you talking about the brushed aluminum panels. I bought mine from a guy on this board and he custom cut the holes for me at no additional charge. I'll try to find his name if you want. It was something like SLEDVICK. I could check my records at PayPal to find out for sure. I had him make mine without the center tach. hole since I am using Dakota Digital gauges and the tach is incorporated into another location.

If it is a NO LIMIT type, you will have to cut the tabs off of your dash before you can install the NO LIMIT unit.

If you don't need the choke, then just upgrade to a 69-72 bezel. All the holes are the same except the wiper switch is where the choke is, and only the light switch is on the left side.

I would like to know who this guy is also, I am looking to get pieces for my dash as well as my glove box.

Anybody else able to reach this guy? I've tried him twice but no response. The emails aren't bouncing so I'm guessing the address is still good.

I'd like to find somebody who can machine me a dash bezel... so anyone else out there who does such things, let me know.

I don't know what happened to this guy. I emailed him and told him some people were interested in his panels. He hasn't responded to me either. Could be on vacation. I'll search back thru the old posts and see if there was a phone number.

I'm using the No-Limit brushed panel. Yes you have to cut the dash. But it would be no prob to weld the switch plates back if needed. I'm going with the Carbon Fiber Auto Meter gages. As you can see in the pic, I'm buying a little at a time...still saving for the electronic speedo
