Are you posting a image from your computer or is it on a webpage somewhere?

When you post a message you will find a box below the text area that says Attach File. Browse to the file you want to display then Submit reply/post. If the file is too large it will tell you that the size is above the limit. At this point you will need to decrease the size of the image then post again.

If you would like, You can host your images at a site I've just setup for this board. http://myoldtruck.com. Join the site and you will be able to host all of your images there, then you can simply click the IMG tab while making a post then enter the URL of the pic in the popup box.
