My 70 C10 set off a 4500lb sinker (just turns on a light when something more than 4500lbs rolls over it). lwb Heavy duty suspension, steel bed floor, np435 tranny (heavy bastard) and 4.10 posi. And yes, its time for a BB to motivate it

couple years ago i weighed mine and it was 3560 w/o me. 350/th400 gallons of gas, fuel cell, short stepside. since then i've added stereo, 9", 406, 700r4. how much should that add?

I had mine weighed friday. Minus carpet and pad, tailgate, and a full behind the seat tank, it was ~3780#.

I just did a dump run today. The truck works out to 4000 lbs. right on the nose. 1970 1/2 ton GMC fleet longbox w/ HD coils.
