TH350C in 76 ???
Were there any TH350C used in 76 Blazers? Or were they just in cars?

Th350C's had a lock up torque convertor. The first year it was used in a blazer was 1980 to the best of my knowledge.

That really depends on a number of items...i don't know what the cost of a lock up convertor would be for a th350c....no the cost to scrounge all the needed components to make it work...i would imagine in the long run buying a th700r4 from bowtir overdrives.com would be the way to go a s the lock up convertor only nets 10 percent if best of the lost power in an auto set up....so a full on overdrive trans that would boost your mpg tp noticeable levels would eventually pay for itself...
