Thumbs up This is what I did this week

I pick up my powder coated frame two weeks ago. Little by little I have been putting the parts on. ECE 4/6 drop springs, 1 inch drop spindles, Super Track bar kit, Extreme Drop Center Crossmembers, new bushing ball joints all around, and 12 bolt 5 lug posi with 3.73 gears.

I attempted to install my new stainless steel brake lines, but it looks like looking at a gigsaw puzzle to me. I can't figure out which line goes where. If anyone has some pics of how they look installed, I would appreciate it. (I sure this as been discussed numerous times)

That was the bed I was going to us on my narrowed rear half frame, but I sold it to return an orignial frame. I might still us the bed, depending on how big of a wheel/tire I can fit on the rear.

Just curious, but what does it cost to powdercoat a frame?

You'd be better off having the frame e-coated if they dip in an acid bath. powder doesn't get in all of the nooks and crannies if it's been in a bath. Trust me, I've learned the hard way.

Coating will run from 500-800 depending upon where you are.

If I remember correctly it cost me about $400.00 to have all the parts stripped, frame, front and center cross members, rear trailing arms, sway bar, control arms, and rear end. The powder coating was an additional $700.00.
