Wiper switch question
on the plug for a '76-'77 wiper switch there wires that are a light blue, dark blue, all black and black with a stripe. Can I eliminate the black with stripe wire and splice the other three into my '74's harness? These switches use different plugs and the harness in my '74 has the two blues and one all black. Has anyone done this before or can you tell me what the black with stripe wire does? Thanks
