If you look closely at the smaller print the truck IS a 78 Scottsdale and not a 70 as promoted in the larger print.

those 2 trucks arent the same one was sold in cols ohio by bob mcdorman the other is in florida

that is SO the same truck. only thing difrent is the grill. same floppy wiper same window stickers same stupid snaps for a tonal cover on the bed.

Its the same truck, look at the stickers in the window.

I do like the truck, and to be honest, have never heard of such model before. I would love to know more about these trucks...so where is Kiilew at when you need him?

That is a 1978 Chevrolet Indy 500 truck made by the Hop Cap corporation in Indiana. It was not built that way from GM. They do match the 1978 Chevrolet Corvette Indy Pace Cars nicely, but the official GM trucks looked like this in 1978 and weren't offered for sale as replicas by GM like some of the other 70s, 80s and 90s GM Indy trucks:
