Alternative Barn Door Hinges

Anyone use any other type of hinges for their rear barn doors on either a panel or suburban? In a recent issue of Custom Classic Trucks there was a sweet 55 2nd, I think it was, panel that was just cherry. Anyway, they had used 02 suburban hinges to modifiy the rear doors so they were clean instead of the those hinges poking out of an other wise clean shaven truck. That got my mind working on ways to do the same but for the AD trucks. I don't want to weld the doors together and make a hatch out of them. It seems to be a bit to common for my taste plus if you run a site called "Barn Doors" you probably should have some!! I was wondering about those hinden hinges systems. I've been looking into them for suicide doors on the front and was wondering if they would work on the back too? Ideas?
