Something is worth what someone else will pay for it.
That being said, if you get your asking price let me know as I bought my '89 Sub complete for 1/2 that and would gladly sell the clip and buy one of the 2-3 other 89-91 Subs I could buy for a similar price as well.

those clips sell for 600-800 here and we have bad rust problems. The reason is they were only made in 89-91 with that grill

i got a total rust free front end from a 90' sub here for only $200

kept the rad support and grille, and sold the fenders and hood, and acutally made about $100

same here, about $250 would get you a mint front clip. his price may not be outa line guys, i think it depends on where you live. i have 3 awesome acres of land, a 2100 sq. foot house with garage and a pool that i paid 66k for. i talk to guys at work on the phone from cali all day and the same house out there would be 400 grand , that's a little something to consider.

Not doggin' on ya' as a lot of people are looking for that setup. I just happen to have access to a few different Sub's right now.
Yes the $500 Sub isn't a show piece (dented in the rear quarters on each side) but it does have a running TBI 350 and 700r4, set of four 15x8 rallyes with trim rings and centers and a ton of other parts including a nice interior and good barn doors - plus I get a front clip too!!!

whilst we are on the subject, im actually parting out an entire burb right now.. im wanting to get RID of the front clip asap thats why I posted it... its a '91 454/4l80e fully optioned 2wd 3/4ton.. anyone looking for anything? i dont wanna ship big parts unless you REALLY REALLY want it... the engine & trans & front doors are definately spoken for... anything else is fair game, I guess..... I guess $1k might be a little pricey for the clip and I dont doubt that you can find them cheaper... but I also know that this stuff isnt that easy to come by especially if youre looking to do a late model clip conversion on your pickup... If I were in the market, Id be willing to pay up to about a "G" for what Im selling.. if someone wants to make a reasonable offer or trade, Im all ears.. I will trade the clip straight up for a th400 bolt pattern NP205 transfer case w/ adapter... that would be an excellent deal... thanks for looking

hmm, I a brand new core support, brand new grille, brand new H/L bezels, wiring, lights and brand new in the box park lights with a Billet grille (GMC grille) for.....

FREEEEEEE

Here it is before the new park lights and billet insert were purchased...

HOWEVER, not to steer from this F/S add, and get to the point, when these parts were purchased NEW, they were indeed MORE than 1,000 dollars. Therefore, that price isn't out of the question for the amount of things listed.

wow that looks pretty nice.. I SERIOUSLY considered running this 91 clip on my '77 K25 but I just dont want to change from the older front end style.. I REALLY like the look of the '77... having a locking (inside latch) rust free, clip sounds real nice and it would give it some amount of customization (being that they didnt make shortbed 4x4 in '91 with that clip) but I guess im somewhat of a purist and decided to get rid of the stuff.... Im sure Ill be kicking myself when I goto replace all the sheet metal on my truck cuz its gonna cost me a mint.

If the tranny hadn't been spoken for I would be interested being a 4L80E. Are you still going to use the interior for the 77?

Hey pc, why not just convert your 77 to the inside hood release? I scored one in the pick a part off of a 78 or 79, and all it takes is to swap out the top part of your radiator support. Drill one hole for the cable, replace the hood striker, and it's done.
