NP 205 year break question

This came up on another board I watch. What year did the GM version of the NP205 change from the figure-8 mount to the round mounting?

somewhere in the late 80's as they were used till 91 in the r-v series crewcabs...i'll bet stephen at offroad design would know...might even be on his np205 info page...
