Good news today...
My buddy is rebuilding my 72 rear axle setup for me.
We kept the ring/pinion/gears out of my '67 (3.73) I ended up getting a new Ring/Pinion from DTS, while he is working on things, he tells my rear gear is actually a posi! It seems it was worn out and now that needs to be rebuilt as well. Looks like I have a posi rear end after all  Once we order axles My chassis will be back on all four wheels
