Need interior pics and ideas
I'm getting ready to do the interior in my 72 CST Blazer and do not want to go back stock. It will be painted the factory light blue color. I don't want all vinyl as it will get hot, and cloth is bad when the top is off as it will get wet. Any ideas or interior pics would be helpful. I'm thinking of doing the factory seats a 2 tone blue and grey color.
Thanks

You can get neoprene covered seats for JEEPS. It could be cool have the original buckets redone that way. What ever you do, check to see how bad the fabric will fade in direct sun light, especially the blue.

I have black carpeting in my Blazer that I'm about to tear out. I'm going to lay down a thick coat of Durabak in the sand color on the floorboards and bed and see how that turns out. If I don't like it, I can always put the carpet back in on top of it.

I did the Durabak on the inside and out on my first 72 it works great just hose it out when muddy. My new interior is from a 2000 chrysler mine van they have High back bucket seats and the passenger seat has a locking glove box under it. I also used the thierd seat from the same van it is the removable seat. I I have made the monts but havent welded them to the blazer yet so that all I have to do is push the buttons and pull the handles and my back seat comes out. I had them redone in black vinynl with 2in pleats to give it more of an origanel look.
