Borrow or buy a timing light and vacuum gauge and use the instructions on our tech tips page for vacuum gauge use. Heres a link to it
http://www.gmcpauls.com/Tech%20Tips1.htm Without a vacuum gauge there is no way to get your fuel/air mixture dialed in precisely. You can pick up a timing light for as low as $19-$20 and a vac gauge for less at most auto parts stores and the you know they will be used again and they will save you more money on fuel mileage realised in the long run than doing it without them. ok here is a wierd one for ya. My 67 w/ 350 and edelbrock 600cfm is stalling on me when I make a left turn. Could this be something to do with the float in the carb?
