Heater Hose
Are there two different sizes on the same truck? NAPA shows .625" and .750". Any idea is a good idea.

Usually 5' of each is enough to get the job done.

5/8" and 3/4" is what's on mine......that is the correct size......

5' is enough, but in autozone's case it was cheeper to buy bags @ 6'/bag then it was to buy 5' off the roll

from the heater core to the intake and from the heater core to the water pump or rad.

The engine should have a 5/8 fitting coming out of the intake, the hose would go to the 5/8 neck on the heater (probably the lower one if the heater core is not in upside down) then the remaining neck on the heater should be 3/4 which would run into the water pump or radiator with a 3/4 fitting.
