New guy from the south!!

Hi my name is Shannon. I own an 86 Chevy shortbed 2wd drag truck. The motor that is in it is a 305cid. It produces about 400hp with a 125 shot of gas on it also. 4000 stall converter and 4.56 gears. Still full body. The best on the motor is 8.80 in the 1/8th mile and 8.02 with the spray. I work at Competition Cams here in memphis tn. I drive about 105 miles to work everyday. I live in Paragould, AR, for those who dont know thats where the world famous George Rays Wildcat Dragstrip is. Hope to get to meet lots of you guys and gals here.

Thanks
Shannon

Welcome to the board. I was born & raised in the south-east corner (Hamburg) and went to school in Jonesboro @ ASU. When I was up there in 1990, Paragould was famous, but not for the strip. More for the population demographic percentages....
There is a wealth of know-how on this board. Enjoy!!!
