Question Hidden hitch question.

Ok, I replaced my chrome bumper on my '77 with a rolled pan, and am going ot buy a boat. I need to get a hitch and want to get a flip-down license plate bracket to accomodate the hitch. Where is a good place to get the hitch and license frame? I'll be installing everything myself.
I could always put my old bumper back on, but why? It looks so much better. after that, I'll tackle bagging the rear, since I dropped it 4".
