hood bumper question?
Just put new rubber hood bumpers on my 67 C10, minus the front 2 screw in hood bumpers. When I close my hood, it sits real high now, especially in the back. I am thinking that these may settle someday, but not sure when or if?
Any thing I can do so my hood may set correctly again? Thanks... |

If everything looks like its installed correctly, You may have loose hinges. If the hinge has some play (like most will) it will cause the hood to push up quite a bit. Now that you have new rubber in there, its causing it to be worse or more noticable now.
Might be looking at a new set of hinges? |
