Realistically, it's probably worth it's weight at the scrap yard. Not much demand for them.

Actually there is some demand for them to wackos like myself that own one. What
year is it and how many miles were on it when it developed the rattle?? Also, what exactly did it come out of??

Are you sure it is a 305? If it is a 351v6, I would be interested.
