Question shaved doors

I noticed a lot of the trucks in here do away with handles and mirrors how straight or the doors when they get done? The reason I ask, is Iwas going to do mine but the upper part of the doors look and fill kind of weak. I dont want them to be wavy or have a lot of bondo on them. Shiny paint and waves dont mix

I welded mine up no problems so far. I barrely used filler and made shure my panels I welded in were perfect. I give my truck alot of hell and nothin has cracked out yet. (knock on wood). Just when you weld your handles up make shure you dont weld anything else to it like the power windows I had to be careful of that because when its all the way up part of the system is right behind the handles. My doors are very strait, I think I blocked the whole truck a total of 13 times the hole way around and even more in places like the doors and tail lights places that were gonna be looked at alot.
