My springs are worn out and im trying to figure out A.How low is it because of sagging, and B.How much do I want to lower it. So please fill me in on the stock ride hights at the wheel arches, it would be very helpful.

The factory height is 32" in front and 34" in the back.
If you plan on lowering it 2" or more in the front you will need shorter front shocks or if you are dropping the back 4" or more you will need shorter rear shocks.
