Got to meet a board member today!
Went to a swap meet in Kansas City today and had a wonderful time in the rain!!! Ran into 72IronMike there. We got to talk trucks for awhile and I so enjoyed putting a face with a name. Only reason I knew who he was as he had some nice Buddy buckets for sale down there and remembered them from the board. Anyway thanks Mike for the chat and wish I could have caught TEEITUP there to but I think that the weather might have kept him home as it is supposed to rain there all weekend. It was tough shopping as all the venders had to continually cover the stuff to keep it dry! and there was a limited supply of venders. We went down Friday morning early and also got to visit Chevy Duty and LMC Trucks. Wouldn't bother with LMC again as far as just visiting as they have no showroom to speak of like chevy Duty. Was able to pick up a new dual exhaust system at LMC so at least that saved my shipping. Hope that goes in smoothly.
Anyway a really special weekend for me. Now tomorrow I get to play with all my new and used parts I picked up. will try and post a pic tomorrow of the stepside with the tires I picked up--- 275/60/15 man do those change the look. already got them mounted on some wheels and stuck on the truck tonight!!!

Mike is a great guy, we've met and dealt quite a few times. I was supposed to be down there, I had 4 stalls, but we just closed on this new house this week and I had workers coming so I passed on the swap meet, sorry. Rain would of been a mess down there I bet. Sounds like you got some good parts to play with. Would of loved to been there to meet you.
