Does anyone know of a good way to take out stripped door panel screws? I've tried everything I can think of and they won't budge. D@&$%t!!!

Try an Impact screwdriver. You can buy cheap (buffalo or blackhawk) styles for about 15.00 I beleive.

I ended up drilling them out on the longhorn, then when the head came off, I just used vise grips.

I had to drill mine too and use the old trusty vise grip method to remove the rest.

Try soaking them with penetrating lube then use an easy-out.

Paid $1200; sold for $1500 a few years later. Just a hint at the appreciation that was coming. Retired as a factory automation products salesman. Worked part-time over the years for an engine builder and a classic car repair shop. Member here for 24 years! This is the very first car/truck Internet forum I joined.
