House and family are most important. Its good to see you have your prioritys straight. Wil you be selling out completely this time? If I recall the last time you posted that you were gettin out a great deal came along and you ended up buying out someone else and havin even more lol... I wish you the best with the house and gettin it ready.

MHC, I'd like to sell it all, I need to clean up around here and then maybe start over down the road. My priorities have always been in the right spot, I part the trucks out to help support my family. I don't recall ever saying I wanted to sell out completely before, maybe thin some parts out but this is the first time I offered everything for one price that I can remember. I've had 2 calls in the last 2 weeks from guys wanting me to buy them out, they have alot of good stuff but I just don't have the time right now. I've got 56 hours working on this house in the last 4 days, hard to find time to do the truck stuff. Probably why I've been on edge lately. Thanks, I'll need alot of help being a carpenter, I know how grow grass a heck of alot better.
