"Pressurized Power Steering hose
Can some one please tell me the quickest, EASIEST way to change the pressurized power steering hose... Yeah, the one with the metal crimp thingies on each end, some one said its a "b!tch" to do. Any advice???

It just unbolts from the steering box and the pump. Use a good 6 point wrench to break the fittings loose. It is tight arond the fitting so you don't get a lot of room to work, which makes it a pain. Pull the old one out and bolt in the replacement. Add new fluid, start er up and chek for leaks and work air out of the system. I think mine cost like $20 at Orielly's. Took me about 2 hours, but I stopped to eat dinner in the middle. Heck you should not even need to jack your's up to get under it.

I agree.It's only a pain because of it's location,not much room to work.
You work the air out by turning the wheel fully to each side about 10 times.

It may help if you take in the old hose to compare, last time I got one for the K5 the one listed in their book was totally wrong.

 I just replaced my hose last weekend (PO had a 'custom' metal tube made  ). But it wasn't really hard. I found that the best way to get the fitting on the box is to lay on the ground and go through the wheel well. The one behind the pump was also best reached from below. GL.
