Pkg 3???? What size socket set Jodie? Is it a complete set? 1/4 " 3/8" or 1/2" drive? Sounds like you are getting a good start.
Check with Sears. Sometimes they have small tool sets with all three socket sets and wrenches for under 100 bucks. Last edited by Mudder; 07-29-2005 at 06:23 PM. |

Its just cool to see a gal that has an interest in old vehicles of any kind. Not to mention one that actually has an interest in working on it hereslf. Everyone needs a little coaching now and then. You have plenty of friends here for that, as you already know. Glad to see your getting dirty already.
BTW, I found the 4th prybar of the set, and I'll get it mailed as soon as I can.

Jodie, I am getting ready to send out the tool box now. Not as many cards/money orders have made it here as I had expected... but I will forward the ones that show up to you weekly.

If I get an address I can add a complete 1/4" drive craftsman socket set.
a set of open/box end craftsmen wrenches from I think 1/4" to 3/4" and the metric up to 19mm. I also have an almost complete set of 3/8" sockets and some extra 1/2" stuff. If she wears medium gloves I have an new pair of mechanix "type" work gloves.(get them from work) I have an old single speed 3/8" electric drill and could probably did up a couple of extra screw drivers. Also I've seen she already has 3/8" ratchets but I have a couple of made in taiwan 1/2" ratchets but I would use gloves with them(I haven't had one of these let go on me but I have had some cheap 3/8" let go and ended up with some nice knuckle scrapes for it.) |

1/4" drive Craftsman ratchet set SAE.
Craftsman hand wrench set (SAE and Metric). Craftsman sockets 1/4", 3/8", and some 1/2": deep and regular: SAE and Metric. Needle nose, Lineman, and Basic Pliers. 1/2" drive ratchet Pair of gloves. couple random screw drivers Craftsman allen wrench set. All shipped out today. Let me know when they get there. Sorry I could not get the drill in the box and it is a cheap one so it isn't worth the cost of shipping by itself. If my work or personal travels take me into your area I expect to see a project getting worked on or finished and a cold beer waiting. |

Jodie's computer got hit by lightning. Stay tuned. She has no way of getting online at this time. I am not sure how long it will be before she is back.

Well it has been almost 2 weeks since any kind of update, and it was falling down pretty far in the posts.
Does anyone know if she has found a replacement PC yet?? Just wanted to keep this up top for everyone to read.
