Dash Pad

In the near future I will be passing along a newly reconditioned '75 Stock Dash Pad from a company called "Just Dashes" Color is Black with NO speaker hole.
It's not cheap! My cost was $500.00 Is there any interest? Reason for sale? I have moved on to a new project.
Thanks MK

Did it cost extra since there is no speaker hole?

Before you let your skepticism about the cost of an orignal dash pad. You might ask yourself how it compares to a repo(plastic) I would put this dash pad up against any of your repos. The orignal will last thirty yrs, how long will a plastic cover last?

Guys what your missing here is the fact that the pad was restored by "Just Dashes". They do extremely good quality restoration work that is not cheap. In this case they did custom work as well by removing the speaker grill, and eliminating an area that is prone to crack.

There is no doubt this is more expensive than what we can get a "stock" replacement dash pad for, but that is not what he is talking about....

OK, now the $500 makes sense...guess I should have read the post better. I was in no way ripping on you, I was being serious with my question as to why it cost soo much...now I know.

Just Dashes restores dashes and their quality it top notch. It isn't going to have the problems everyone complains about with the repos.

I would like to thank both N2TRUX and Captkaos for the fine explanation of a high qualty item. (dash pad). If anyone is interested I'am always interested in trades. I'm always looking for Randel Knives.
Thanks again MK
