Painting steering parts?
What are you guys using to paint your suspension/steering parts?
I want to paint my new tie rod ends, sleeves & Spindles silver/gray. Any recommendatins? Eastwood? Regular rustoleum? Thanks. |

I use the Hammered rustoleum black/grey paint. Turns our really nice and hides scratches (if you drive it daily) alot better then the glossy black paint.

I like to use the roll-on bed liner material for the chassie parts.

I thought about painting this stuff, unfortunately when you take it in for alignment they're going to hose up all that hard work anyway.

I use engine paint, that way if they get a little damage from assemly or mechanic, just touch em up. Just clean them with brake cleaner before painting.

I used the Eastwood's grey/silver (don't remember the exact name) spray bombs.The color is really nice and if it gets messed up it's a pretty easy fix.
