Could This Brush Guard Be Original?
I don't know if this could be original or not. I took it off my 72 Blazer that is 98% stock/original. I just saw a post by Digger and it looks pretty close to his. I don't know if they ever had these original or if they are all after market. What do you guys think.

After market for sure. There was no Chevy option for those. It could have been a dealer install since they were pretty popular at the time. I built several for friends and installed them. If it was a dealer install you should keep it for a restoration.

how wide is it from front to back? im guessing 8" would cover it

I had an original, full coverage brush guard on here and couldn't give it away. Ended up selling it on Ebay for $65 I think. The guy who bought it paid another $65 to ship it Greyhound. That thing was heavy!
