not the U-Bolts, the only wrench i have that big is a monkey wrench. the springs come out with a 3/4 wrench though. it's an easy removal as long as the bottom cup stays in place. take the top mount off first, then you can pull the spring while removing the bottom cup and it won't spin if you put pressure on it.
