Houston, the EAGLE has landed!

Look what I found at the St Cloud Pantowners car show this weekend. I talked to the young man that purchased this truck last year from the original owners I believe. It has 66m miles. They had this thing for sale for about 2 years in the Truck Trader/ Tadin' Times. I am sure some of you had seen the ad on the internet.

These poor people figured it was the decal that was keeping them from selling it for 8G's so they started to strip it off of the drivers side. The box and drivers door are clean of any label regretfully.

I told him of this home away from home, so he may drop in sometime.

Hmm that is so cool but kinda isnt, know what I mean? Would that be the original paint on it then if the decal came on it, looks a little too good to be original. Where is Montrose?

Gee_Emm, everything I could see said it was indeed original paint. Even the wood floor in the bed still had paint on it. This truck had to live a pretty easy life. It was too perfect by any means. The rockers were just starting to rust in a couple of places.

And Montrose is a little German farm town 30 miles west of Minneapolis. In other words, it is about to be swallowed whole by the big city life.
