Primer over POR15 WRINKLED!
Jamie_72 sent me a note re. putting primer over some POR15 and it got all wrinkled. Can anyone with experience on this help him out with a follow-on to this Thread? When I have used POR15, it was usually in a spot that I didn't care if the cover paint wrinkled as long as it sealed the rust! Thanks---Huck

From the POR-15 web store:
PRIMING OVER POR-15: Use POR-15 Tie-Coat Primer after POR-15 is dry, following directions on can. Tie-Coat Primer may be sprayed or brushed in multiple coats if desired. Sands to a perfect finish. This information should have been included with the product...

I don't think you need to use another primer over the tie-coat..
If I were you, I would either call or send a note to the POR-15 people... http://porstore.com/contact.htm
