Spare cut out piece..

I could have swore I saw a "Trucks!" show and they were putting one on. I am looking for a piece that covers up the spare tire cut out on the driver fender making it a solid fender. Anyone know where they can be purchased? Since I can seem to find a short fleet bed in my $$$ range, I guess I will be keeping the step bed but I don't like the spare cut out.

The "TRUCKS" show I saw where they did that was on an 50's era ford and they cut out the spare tire piece and flipped it over and welded it back in to make the fender smooth.
